Asgoal Terms & Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between users ("User") and the Asgoal platform and its services. Asgoal is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries.

By accessing Asgoal through our website, mobile application, or any other channel, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use Asgoal.

These Terms have been written in Bengali with Bangladeshi users in mind; however, the English version shall prevail in the event of any legal interpretation.

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use Asgoal's services:

Asgoal may request age verification documents at any time. Your account may be restricted until verification is complete.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account with Asgoal. Asgoal reserves the right to terminate any account opened using false information.

What you'll need to register:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your national ID)
• Valid mobile number or email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Payment method details

Account Security:

• Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone.
• Report any unauthorized use of your account to Asgoal immediately.
• Transferring your account to another person is prohibited.
• If multiple accounts are found registered to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

The following rules apply to all types of bets placed on Asgoal:

Bet Confirmation:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly. You will be given the opportunity to confirm your bet at the updated odds.
• If a bet is not processed correctly due to a technical issue, Asgoal reserves the right to void that bet.

Odds & Payouts:

• Asgoal reserves the right to change odds at any time.
• Asgoal may void any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous.
• Payout rates can reach up to 98%, depending on the market type and event.

If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. If a match is rescheduled, whether the bet remains active under the new time will be subject to Asgoal's applicable rules.

Deposit:

• Asgoal accepts all major mobile banking services, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.
• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Asgoal does not charge any fees on deposits, though charges from your payment provider may apply.

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawals can only be made from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit (to prevent money laundering).
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Identity verification documents may be required upon your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals for standard members take 1–24 hours; VIP members receive priority processing.

Asgoal's bonus offers are special benefits for our users. However, each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

General bonus rules:

• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, a specified number of wagers must be completed (typically ranging from 5x to 30x).
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Eligible Bets: Not all bet types may count toward fulfilling wagering requirements.
• Multiple bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Misuse: Misuse of the bonus system may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Asgoal:

• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated methods.
• Unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating an account using a fake identity or someone else's details.
• Harassing or insulting Asgoal staff.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or the same device.

Violating this prohibition may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of deposited funds, and legal action where necessary.

• Information is not disclosed without a valid request from a legal authority.

• Time Limit: Set a daily limit on how long you spend on the platform.

• Reality Check: Receive notifications summarising your wins and losses at set intervals.

Asgoal may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If clear evidence of a Terms violation is found.
• If fraud, deception, or suspicious activity is detected.
• If identity verification fails or false information is found.
• If an order is received from a court or regulatory authority.
• At the user's own request.

Upon account closure, any verified remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, though funds may be held during an ongoing investigation. No new account may be opened against a permanently closed account.

Any disputes or complaints are handled through the following steps:

1. Step 1: Send a detailed description of your complaint to support@asgoal.net. An initial response will be provided within 48 hours.
2. Step 2: If you're not satisfied with the initial resolution, the matter will be escalated to a specialist team. A final decision will be provided within 7 business days.
3. Step 3: If both parties cannot reach a resolution, the matter may be referred to a neutral mediator.

Asgoal reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform announcement.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
• If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective.
• In the event of a conflict between versions of these Terms and Conditions, the most recent version shall take precedence.

Asgoal's decision shall be final in matters of interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions; however, users retain the right to raise an objection through the designated dispute resolution process.
